Hey,I would like to know how i can get rid of the animation freeze I got after i applied dye on my storm bow

(if its possible)

I usually get this bug when I've been playing too long. Restarting GW usually works for me. Not sure if this is the same bug you're asking about.

I suffer from the same thing, i do not know what causes it but i do know that a restart is a good fix (the only fix i know of)

This is a very very old bug, it was well known during betas before Proph release, I reported it myself too back then, but nothing has been done. It affects various animated textures, not only Storm Bows but also all Tormented weapons, many other weapons, and other stuff like burning fires.
Restarting game is probably the only 100% certain solution, it sometimes fixes itself after even longer play but you can't count on that.
